These are a few of our favorite things!
Jessie Cozzens| 13 Oct, 2018
Hello, friends! When thinking of what we wanted to have this blog post be on, I thought it would be fun to share a few of my favorite things, "Kids Edition". Lol. Some things that I couldn't live without for babies and other things for my older girls as well. I love finding great products and even more than that, I love when I recommend something to someone and they end up loving it as much as me! And with Christmas coming up so fast, I hope this might give you a few ideas that are affordable and already tried and true. Here are some of my must-haves with links to where you can find them. 🙂
In this post we'll talk about:
Kid's Hair Care
Quiet Time Activities
Kid's Bath Essentials
Kid's Comfy Clothes
So get ready!
Kid's Hair Care
First up, hair! I have discovered the best detangler ever. Use that with a Wet Brush, and your sensitive-head kiddos will thank you. Trust me! A little goes a long way and it smells like Heaven!!
Original Sprout Miracle Detangler
Wet Brush
Quiet Time Activities
Moving on to my favorite quiet time gadget. (If that's really a thing with kids. Haha) Whether it be church, traveling, or anywhere you need your kids to simmer down a little, this is the thing for you! My girls love these and there is no mess, which is always a win for me!
Boogie Boards
Kid's Bath Essentials
Bath time... Sometimes my kids love baths, and sometimes it's like bathing a wild monkey. But what I finally discovered, is that my girls love getting in the tub when it's made fun! I love Crayola's bath goodies! And of course, bath bombs are fascinating to kids! A lot of stores and companies make kid focused ones and they make bath time so fun! Plus, some even have a little surprise once it's dissolved like this unicorn one pictured. Our favorite thing Crayola makes are the Color Bath Dropz. I'll link you to all of the bath goods below. And they are so cheap, which is always welcome!

There are too many arguments over the wet brush in our house so winning another would end a lot of frustration. Goodys hair ties are a must, ingredients for slime and a “charged” iPad for Minecraft .

The staple in our home is MIO and chapstick. We live in AZ where the water doesn’t taste the best so we enhance it with Mio and it’s dry so chapstick is a must to keep our lips happy. Unicorn PJs are on my daughter wishlist she would need a size 8.
Jessica Burns
A couple staples in our house of 2 girls with 10 years in between them are coffee for mom and dad and snacks for the growing girls.
